Meet The Team

Kerrie Duggan – Director/Producer

Kerrie studied Performing Arts at Luton Sixth Form College; it was here her passion for writing began, when she produced Theatre in Education work for youngsters in the area. Kerrie worked briefly as a professional actor and dancer, taking a small part in a movie directed by Oscar winning director Jim Sheridan, aged 19.  She completed a BA in Media Performance at the University of Bedfordshire and majored in writing and directing. After travelling the world and a short spell working in film production in Ireland, Kerrie became a teacher of Performance at a local college and theatre, where she co-directed the Royal Opening and produced her own works. She then went on to form her own very successful performing arts school aged 27, which taught thousands of children. Kerrie then spent some time working in parliament as a consultant, organising participatory events for youth to engage in civic life, which included visits to No.10 Downing Street. Following on from this, she worked with Lynne Franks, the PR guru – on a women’s empowerment programme and then for the family charity: The Kevin Duggan Golf Academy. Kerrie has been very busy of late; she recently married in Bolivia and has given birth to her first daughter, Rosara. She is currently immersed in building ‘Olympian Productions’, writing a children’s novel and has just completed penning ‘Ballroom California – The Musical’…..
